1927 - 2008
 Janice L. Sims, 81, of Miller, Ohio, went to be with the Lord Sunday March 30, 2008 after a long illness. She was born January 12, 1927 daughter of the late Grover and Janie Nichols. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers Junior and Russell Nichols; a grandson Mike Galloway and his wife Lisa; a granddaughter-in-law Chris Galloway; and a great grandchild Christy Dawn Ramey. She is survived by six brothers, William Nichols, Earl Nichols, Marlin Nichols, Virgil Nichols, Bobby Nichols, and a very special brother, Ernie Lee; three sisters, Alice Jack, Arlie Ramey, and Juanita Dillon. Janice is survived by two daughters and their husbands, Donna and Jerry Galloway of Miller, Ohio and Connie and Jim Ramey of Proctorville, Ohio and their dad Lewis Sims of Gallipolis, Ohio; eight grandchildren, Kirk Galloway, Matthew and Kelli Galloway, Marcia and Dave Huff, Shanna and Dana Cornell, Gary Dean Ramey, Jeff and Mary Jo Ramey, Kathi and Terry Waugh, James Daren and Cathy Ramey; 22 great grandchildren, Aaron and Seth Galloway, Zackary and Whitney Huff, Jonah and Rylee Galloway, Baylee and Addyson Cornell, J.R. Ramey, Jennifer Ramey, Justin Ramey, Jamie and Levi Short, Toby Morrison, April and Aaron McComas, Erin and Melanie Ramey, Heather Ramey, Amber Ramey,Laura Ramey, and Austin Ramey; six great great grandchildren.; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, and friends, neighbors, special friends Edith Adkins and Rose Conner. Visitation will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday April 2, 2008 at Hall Funeral Home Proctorville, Ohio. Funeral service will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Thursday April 3, 2008 at Hall Funeral Home by Pastor Ryan Alt. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens Miller, Ohio.
