Gregory Lyle MannGregory Lyle Mann, 43 of Milton, died Monday, January 30, 2006. He was born August 11, 1962 in Logan, WV, beloved son of Lyle and Roberta Bell Mann of Milton. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Valerie and her husband Todd Van Houten of Orlando, FL; his grandmother, Virginia Perry Bell of Barboursville; his aunts and uncles, Loretta Sue and Jim Richards of Barboursville, Connie and Gary McLaughlin of Charleston, Marlene Parsons of Manassas, VA, Patricia and Larry Stollings of Ona, Judy Mann of Barboursville, Janice Mann of Huntington, William (Bill) and Ruth Bell of Ona, Walter and Verda Mae Mann of Ravenswood; and special friends, Ralph and Arlene Clay, Steve Bradbury, and Christy Woods. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Kermie B. Bell and Thomas and Jessie Mann. He was a 1981 graduate of Milton High School. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Friday, February 3, 2006 at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville, by Minister Danny Evans. Burial will be in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. Friends may call from 6-8 P.M. Thursday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/wallace.

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Mann Val is my friend and she has told me a lot about Greg. I know your life will never be the same without him and there are no words to describe your lost. I am so sorry. My mother-in-law, Carol VenHuizen, your penpal passed on the news of the death of your son and I wished to pass on my condolences. I have a 22 year old son and two daughters ages 20 and 16. I can't imagine the pain of losing a child at any age. May God be especially close to you at this time.

Lyle, Bobbie, & Valerie I wish I could be there with you at this time...I loved Greg and we always had a good time together at the family dinners. We would sit at the same table & have everyone laughing at our jokes and stories. your family has always been special to me & I love you dearly. So sorry to hear of Greg,s passing. I met him in the Speakeasy singles group and we became great friends. He loved the regular get togethers for volleyball, picnics, and monthly dances. He will surely be missed by all who knew him.
