Dearest Jane, Bill and family, I am so very sorry for your loss of your Dad. I know you will miss him greatly, but he has gone to a better place with your Mom and my Mom and Dad. I am sorry I could not come home at this time, but Iowa isn't "next door". Anytime you wish, feel free to drop me a line. Love to all of you, Jeannie

I remember visiting Huey and Katherine many, many times with Dad and Granny. He was always fun to see, and seemed to always have something to kid just about anyone about. I am grateful to have known him.

I worked with Hughie so many days in the blacksmith shop and I learned so much from him. When I was a teenager I used to cut his lawn on Cyrus Creek. I will surely miss him. He was such a great guy. Much of my success now I can credit him with. He paid so much attention to detail on a job whether it be company or personal. I enjoyed stopping by and talking to both he and Katyrn when I was in town. He will be missed ,but you can rest assured that this world is a much better place having had Huey in it.
