Wendy and family, I was greatly saddened to hear of George's passing. Growing up in Altizer, the Bolen and Deacon families were very close. George will certainly be missed by all who knew him. May God bless the Bolen family and kin, and comfort them in the days to come.

To George's family,
I and my family( the sons & daughters of Joe and Violet Legge)are saddened to learn of George's death. The Legge and Bolen families were very close neighbors while growing up and we children spent many hours playing together while growing up. Our mothers were very good friends and both were good Christian women who saw to it that their children were brought up together even in the same church.
As I remember, George was always a good, son and brother, and I'm confident that he was an equally good husband, father and grandfather in his adult life.
May God bless his surviving family and and give them comfort at this time.
Sincerely,
|
