Philip Jay Hoffman Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1948 - 2024 Philip Jay Hoffman of Ona, WV, passed away September 8, 2024. He was a son of the late Philip and Betty Warnock Hoffman. He was preceded in death by his son, Philip Brian Hoffman. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Seegmiller Hoffman; step-son, Tyler Seegmiller (Chloe) of Ft. Wright, KY; sister, Barbara Hoffman Lewis of CA. Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. Saturday, September 21, 2024 at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Memorial contributions may be made to Little Victories Animal Rescue, PO Box 247, Barboursville, WV, 25504. Online condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/wallace.
