Lavona Earnestine Pratt Fry, 99, of Ona, WV, passed away March 22, 2025 at her residence. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 28, 2025 at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will be in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. She was born May 18, 1925 in Warrens Creek, WV, a daughter of the late Alie and Hattie Adkins Pratt. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy C. Fry and her daughter, Karon Creamer; siblings, Elizabeth Cremeans, Olga Keesee, Emogene Porter, Mary Harvey, Rupert, Ausley and Maxwell Pratt. She is survived by her children, Yolanda Kimberling of Ona and Jack R. Fry of Barboursville, WV; grandchildren, Derik Kimberling (Jennifer), Jill Hale, (Chris), Krissy Godlewski (Tomek), Nicole Kloss (Matt Williams) and Hattie France (Charles); great grandchildren, Presley, Silas, Layla, Ellora, Arek, Brayden, Brylee, Bo and Blake. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Huntington, Box 464, Huntington, WV 25709. Visitation will be from 12 to 1 p.m. at Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
