I wish gaynell could have talked with my xyl but maybe now she is at peace and she will forever be in my memory at the helm of one of the greatest morning nets out there. I thank her for everything she had done for me in helping me break the ice when I got my license in 2004. No, the net will never be the same but it will carry on as will her memory.

Thank you for your service to Ham Radio. You are a true legend and will forever be remembered as such whenever stories are told.
Having lived here all my life I take special pride in her true North Carolina spirit. She will forever be a part of North Carolina Heritage.
God Bless Her Soul. I hope her Family finds some comfort in knowing that she touched many lives.
