 Winona M. Holbrook, 91, of Barboursville, W.Va., passed away June 13, 2024 at her home. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Rev. Al Flaitz. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. She was born May 14, 1933, in Randolph County, W.Va., a daughter of the late Willis H. and Marie Hertig. She worked for Owens Illinois until she became a homemaker. She was a member of Barboursville First United Methodist Church for more than 50 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arley H. Holbrook and an infant son, Robert Bruce Holbrook. She is survived by her two daughters and sons-in-law, Arlene and Mike Qualls and Sara and Mark McComas, all of Barboursville; one brother and sister-in-law, Willis H. Hertig Jr. and Camilla B. Hertig; grandchildren, Michael Qualls, Araceli Qualls, Susanna Tomblin, Jennifer Saul, Dale Saul, Kyle McComas and Brittany McComas; and great-grandchildren, Ben Saul, Anna Saul, Austin Tomblin, Anna Qualls, Adelaide Qualls, Corbin McComas, Abigale Qualls, Adrick Ross, and Cohen McComas. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Linda Michael and to her friend of 70+ years, Jean Cornwell. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Huntington, P.O. Box 464, Huntington, WV 25709 or to Barboursville First United Methodist Church, 615 Water Street, Barboursville, WV, 25504. Arlene, Sarah and Family,
