 Billy Steven Arthur, 69, of Milton, passed away December 1, 2025. He was born September 4, 1956, in Huntington, WV, son of Deloris Mae Rowsey Arthur of Milton and the late Billy Marine Arthur. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Grant Arthur; two sons, Mark Arthur (Randi Dee) of Westbrook, Maine, and Ryan Arthur; one sister, Teressa McCallister (Vernon); one brother, Larry Arthur; five grandchildren, Zackary Arthur (Hayley), Alex Arthur (Kaleigh), Adam Arthur (Tori), Kayla Arthur (Brent), and Kristen Arthur; two precious great-grandchildren Greyson and Paisley; nieces, Jessica McCallister and Andrea Childers; and a host of family and friends. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, December 5, 2025, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, with Gene Parsons officiating. Burial will be in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. Our hearts are breaking along side yours. May GOD hold you & your family close during this stressful & unknown time. Your pain & suffering will never end as the loss of your only love & soulmate of 51 years rips out that piece of your heart. I will continue to pray that it gives you a tiny bit of comfort knowing that Billy suffers no longer. He is at rest, though our hearts be torn asunder, we will carry on with the greatest memories of Billy. Love & prayers for all.
