Mrs. Mary Gertrude Maxwell Harden, age 84, of 2070 Corinth-Poseyville Rd., Bremen passed away Monday, December 11, 2006. Mrs. Harden was born in Polk County on October 17, 1922. She was the daughter of the late John Maxwell and the late Nellie Padgett Maxwell. Mrs. Harden was a homemaker. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Harden; one daughter, Lynn Dover; and two sons, Phillip Harden and Danny Harden.
Survivors include one son, Mike Harden of Dawsonville; fifteen grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, December 13, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. from Corinth Baptist Church with Rev. Wendell Rush officiating. Music will be rendered by Rev. Buddy Gentry. Interment will follow in the Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Michael W. Harden, Jr., John Harden, Kevin Harden, William Harden, Danny Chrazan and Lee Harden.
