Joan Carol Mabe Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1941 - 2024 Joan Carol Mabe, 83, of Milton, WV, passed away July 6, 2024. She was born January 27, 1941, daughter of the late Dallas and Elsie Mae Midkiff McComas. She was baptized at Salt Rock Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband Jiles "Jay" Mabe; two daughters Kristy Siler (Rod) and Kimberly Kirwin; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; cousin Howard Issac; several nieces, a nephew, great-nieces and great-nephews. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, July 12, 2024, at Enon Cemetery, Salt Rock, by Pastor Mark Finley. Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, is assisting the family with arrangements.
