Zella Marie Sansom, 58, of Barboursville, WV, passed away Saturday, October 28, 2006 at her residence. Memorial services will be conducted at 1:00 pm Friday, November 3, 2006 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Minister David Gladwell. Burial will be at Beale Chapel in Apple Grove, WV. She was born April 24, 1948 in Huntington, a daughter of the late Joseph Elwood and Naomi Hedinger Wallace. She was a devoted lifelong member of the Barboursville Church of Christ. She is survived by two sons, Arden Sansom of Berkeley, CA and Jason Sansom of Farmersville, TX; her former husband, Lucian (Buck) Sansom, Jr. of East Lynn, WV; a sister, Linda Black and husband Carl, and a brother, Robert Wallace and wife Gloria, all of Barboursville. She loved children and had several special nieces and nephews, both by family and in spirit. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 1221A Ohio Ave, Dunbar, WV 25064.
