Donna Olga Adkins, 90, of Barboursville, passed away Sunday, April 1, 2007. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 4, 2007 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel by Pastor Paul Meadows. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. She was born September 1, 1916 in Ona, WV, a daughter of the late Rodrick Donald Wilson and Hazel Mays Wilson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Corbin Otto Adkins. She was retired from Wash Rite Laundry. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Sheri and Joe Keesee of Barboursville; one sister, Edna Virginia “Dolly” Johnson of Huntsville, Alabama; one grandson, Joey Keesee; and one great granddaughter, Kaitlyn Shay Keesee. Friends may call from 6-8 P.M. Tuesday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. The family would like to thank her caregiver from Cabell Huntington Hospital, Brenda Damron. Sheri, Joe, and Joey..
My thoughts and prayers are with you all right now. I love your mom Sheri, because she was like my other great grandma, and when I was in High School to see her face watching Titanic after we brought it over, me and Jennifer, that is a memory I will never ever forget. If you need anything at all please let me Know. I love you all!
