Jimmy J. Scragg Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1927 - 2007 Jimmie J. Scragg, 79, of Barboursville, WV, went home to be with the Lord, April 12, 2007 at the Hospice House of Huntington. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 pm Sunday, April 15, 2007 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Pastor Ken Toler. Burial will be in Rome Cemetery. He was born October 24, 1927 in Huntington, a son of the late Delbert B. and Irene Elizabeth Haney Scragg. He was a member of the Trinity Church of God and a former owner of the Kenova Boat Mart. He was preceded in death by his brother, Delbert Scragg, Jr. He is survived by his wife, Jean Rickman Scragg; daughters and sons-in-law, Gina and Nelson Salazar of Melbourne, Fl and Debbie and David Bell of Teays Valley, WV; sons and daughters-in-law, Steve and Mary Scragg of Geneva, FL and Ken and Cindy Mahaffey of Lawrenceville, GA; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; special nephew, Barry Scragg and his wife, Rhonda, of Huntington and special friends, Damon Wilcox and Vaughn Leadmon. Friends may call from 6-8 pm Saturday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice House of Huntington, 3100 Staunton Rd, Huntington, WV 25702.
