Jimmy J. ScraggJimmie J. Scragg, 79, of Barboursville, WV, went home to be with the Lord, April 12, 2007 at the Hospice House of Huntington. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 pm Sunday, April 15, 2007 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Pastor Ken Toler. Burial will be in Rome Cemetery. He was born October 24, 1927 in Huntington, a son of the late Delbert B. and Irene Elizabeth Haney Scragg. He was a member of the Trinity Church of God and a former owner of the Kenova Boat Mart. He was preceded in death by his brother, Delbert Scragg, Jr. He is survived by his wife, Jean Rickman Scragg; daughters and sons-in-law, Gina and Nelson Salazar of Melbourne, Fl and Debbie and David Bell of Teays Valley, WV; sons and daughters-in-law, Steve and Mary Scragg of Geneva, FL and Ken and Cindy Mahaffey of Lawrenceville, GA; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; special nephew, Barry Scragg and his wife, Rhonda, of Huntington and special friends, Damon Wilcox and Vaughn Leadmon. Friends may call from 6-8 pm Saturday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice House of Huntington, 3100 Staunton Rd, Huntington, WV 25702.
