God bless Phillip's Family
I have known Phillip since high school and he was a great friend. I lived too far away to see him often but he was a great person. I will miss him and will never forget his friendship. He had a life full of sorrows but he tried to always pull himself up. He is at peace now where there is no pain and his eyes are dried from all tears.
Sincerely
Paul

With great sadness to the Smith Family. I just heard about his death today, 1st May. My heart goes out to your entire family. Philip, after he grew up, (haha), had wonderful personality about hisself. Him and I set at the VA smoking area few years ago, talked along time.He had changed. But, still had hopes of going to Ga. May God richly bless each of you, Gene, Charlena, Becky, Nancy and Alex and Dakota. If you need a helping hand just look up.
Deepest sympathy, Sandy,Eddy and april.

Phill was a big part of my childhood. I still remember him, David Farley and myself running rampant around Peyton St. when we were kids. He had a great spirit. No better time was this displayed then after that terrible accident. You just couldn't keep him down. Fishing, riding his ATV... I think I will choose to remember him in this way.
