Mark Edward Ramsey, 53, of Dunbar, WV passed away August 30, 2007 at Thomas Memorial Hospital. A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, September 2, 2007 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will be in Preston Cemetery, Charleston, WV at a later time. He was born April 19, 1954, in Cabell County, WV a son of the late Robert Leon and Veda Mae Hall Ramsey. He was preceded in death by one sister, Roberta Dial and one nephew, Heath Fry. He is survived by one sister and brother-in-law, Sandra and Brady Fry of New Castle, PA; his friend and companion, Carl Nipps Jr. of Dunbar and his father, Carl Nipps Sr. of Dunbar; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; two very special friends Andrew Rhodes and John Whitt. Friends may call after 12:00 noon Sunday at the funeral home.
