Sara & Family
Regretfully we did not know of your mom's death until after the services had been conducted. Although I had not seen your mom for many years I remember her as a warm and caring lady who always put others first before herself. I know she was an inspiration to every member of her family and everyone she knew.
Our deepest sympathy and best wishes to all members of your family.
God Bless You & Yours

I wanted to extend my condolences to Jo Anns' family. She was a lady in every sense of the word. I got to know JoAnn when I worked at what was then called Mariner Health Care, as Rufus resided there. Her grace and patience under such circumstances was rare and wonderful. I can only hope if I ever find myself in the predicament Rufus was in, I'll have someone like her looking after me. Like wise if I am ever in her shoes, I can do the same for my loved one. She truly was a gem. I have to smile when I was occaisionally caught off guard by a comment from Rufus showing he had not totally lost his sense of humor. I still quote him some times. Well now they are together forever, no pain, no illness. Again my deepest sympathy for your loss.

To the family:
Jo Ann was a grand and gracious lady. After the death of my grandparents in the mid 1980's, she and Rufus were so kind to my brothers and me. In tears or in laughter, Jo Ann was always there to celebrate or to comfort. She always knew what o say and do. For having known here I feel truly blessed. God's grace and comfort be with you in your time of sorrow.
