What a great lady! I have had the pleasure of knowing her for the past 20 years. I am honored to say that I am part of her family. She had a cheerful heart and was kind to everyone. She opened her home for family gatherings showing her gift of hospitality. She was surrounded by caring family members including her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren (and families). But most of all, she was loved and gave unconditional love to her spouse of 65 years, Lorenzo, and her daughter, Sheila. I hope my wife and my daughter will enjoy such a great mother/daughter relationship as Sheila and Mrs. Handley did. Lorenzo is an honorable man whom I look to as an example and hope that my sons do likewise. I have to say that my life is better having known Mr. & Mrs. Handley. I am glad my children had a chance to experience a relationship with their great-grandparents for an extended period of time. I am sure they will cherish the great memories for a lifetime.
