 William Michael "Opie" Jack, 49, of Milton, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 5, 2008 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 8, 2008 at the Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, by Minister Alan Cole. Burial will be in Enon Cemetery. He was born April 14, 1958, in Cabell County, a son of the late Billy Jack and Mary Lou Graham Jack. He was a member of 26th Church of Christ. He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Kathy Venoy Jack; one daughter, Chandra Jack; two sisters, Diania Adams and her husband, Keith of Huntington and Debbie Plybon and her husband Dewey of Huntington; three nieces, Amy Cyrus, Lisa Matovich, Ginger Streets; great nephews, Ethan and Brady Matovich, and Hunter Plybon; one great niece, Kirsten Cyrus; numerous church family and friends. Visitation will be from 12 noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/wallace. |
