Billy Joe Justice, 67, of Ona, passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2008 at UK Medical Center, Lexington, KY. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 19, 2008, at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. He was born November 15, 1940, in Milo, Kentucky, a son of the late Leonard and Opal Fannin Justice. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his good friend and brother-in-law, Donald Ward. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Pat Smith Justice; two daughters and sons-in-law, Cindy and Scott Chapman of Milton, and Sandy and Marc Endicott of Wayne; one sister, Pam Ward of Tomahawk, KY; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Carroll and Patty Justice of Huntington, and Harold and Kathe Justice of Marietta, GA; four grandchildren, Matthew Endicott, Kasey Endicott, Brady Endicott, and Brooke Chapman. Bill was a longtime employee of Justice Glass and Supply where he served as shop foreman. He will be sorely missed by everyone who knew him.
