1917 - 2009
 Ada Louise Morris Keyes, 91, of Barboursville, WV, passed away Thursday, January 15, 2009. Services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, January 18, 2009 at the White Chapel Memorial Gardens Mausoleum by Dr. Jerry Harrah. She was born January 25, 1917, in Huntington, WV, a daughter of the late Hugh M. Morris and Hattie Sturm Morris. She was a graduate of Marshall College, taught school for twenty years at Barboursville Elementary School and was a member of Kuhn Memorial Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry "Bud" Keyes, and two brothers, Fred Morris and Eugene Morris. She is survived by two daughters, Pam Heaton and her husband Jim of Johnson City, Tennessee and Kaye Keyes of Richmond, Virginia; three grandchildren, Tiffany Strasser (Nick), Lori DeVault (Gerald) and Jamee Roberts; five great grandchildren, Jack, Max, and Hank DeVault, Josie Roberts and Summer Strasser; her caregivers who the family would like to thank, Amy Clark, Sharon Bledsoe, Crystal St. Clair, Kelly Marcum, Trella Harmon and Connie Young: and special friends, Hunter and Phyllis Stanley. There will be no visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to Kuhn Memorial Presbyterian Church or Hospice of Huntington, Box 464, Huntington, WV, 25709. I want to send my condolences to the family. Ada was a very nice lady and I enjoyed talking with her and was very sad to hear what happened, but am also happy because I know she is in a better place now.

Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. "Meemaw" alway made me feel welcomed at her home. She always had a "chore" for me to do every time I visited. It was a honor to be able to help her and to have know her.
