Sorry about your loss, I should say our loss, because I have considered Larry my friend for many years. I never thought he would go this quick. Sorry I can't make it to the service. I am in Louisiana visiting my daughter. Thanks Cathy for letting me know.

Cindy, Cathy and family,
Received the message from an "old" Milton friend that your father had passed away. I'm terribly sorry to hear it. Your family was always such a close knit one and very committed to one another. It seems as though your father had a full, honourable life; one filled with love.
Wishing you peace and light today and in the days to come.

I was sad to see my dear friend and golf partner Larry had passed. I have fond memories of Larry calling on me as a super salesman from Jabo Supply and many rounds of golf.
Larry was always a gentleman and was a dear friend.
My prayers are for Larry's soul and his family's comfort.

Your dad was such a great man! He was an inspiration to my dad, Jr. McDonie. If any one led my dad to the lord it was Larry. I hope dad is now with Larry in heaven. My thoughts and prayers are with you but nothing can take away the pain you are feeling. My mother spoke to your dad just last week and even in his last days he offered her words of comfort!

Uncle Larry, thanks for being such a great role model and man. Your leadership is going to be sorely missed. Our tears are tears of joy because we know you are out of pain and that we know we will see you again sitting at Jesus' feet. Well done good and faithful servant.
