Audrey L. MilesAUDREY L. MILES, 80, of Barboursville, W.Va., passed away Friday, February 13, 2009, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. She was born May 30, 1928, in Pax, W.Va., a daughter of the late Walter Issac Sweeney and Callie Stanley Sweeney. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Miles, and one son, Gregory K. Miles. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Pamela S. and Randy Bowyer of Barboursville, W.Va., Jeannie L. and Larry Hart of Lexington, Ky.; one son and daughter-in-law, James W. and Pamela Miles of Charleston, W.Va.; three sisters, Tootsie Smith and June Adkinson, both of Newport News, Virginia, and Lakie Smith of Florida; one brother, Norman Sweeney of Oklahoma City, Okla.; four grandchildren, Amber Campbell and her husband Ben, Afton Reedy and her husband Brent, Jeremy Miles and Miles Hart; two special great-granddaughters, Chrissa Campbell and Brenna Reedy; and a special niece, Launa Blackburn. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. Entombment services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 17, 2009, at the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Beckley, W.Va., with Pastor Bill Davis officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House or to the American Diabetes Association.

Dear Pam,JW, Amber and Afton, I am truly sorry to see Audrey leave us, she brightend every room that she entered, and was alway a compliment to everyones life that she touched. She had a really fun personality and was a truly good hearted woman. I see a lot of her in each of you. We have loved her from the beginning,she was and will always be one of our own.May Gods grace give you peace in your heart to know that she is far better of than we are. I am sure that I will contiue to think of her just as often. Love Kimberly

Jay, Jeanie and Pam We are sorry for the loss of Audrey, we have known her for many years and her family. She will be sadly missed by you all as well as her grandchildren. We know now she is in abetter place and free of pain. She will want you three kids to stay close to one another as she loved you all dearly. Our prayers are with you throughout these next few days.
