Lydia Sarah Emalene McCoyLydia Sarah Emalene McCoy, 81, of Barboursville, passed away Sunday, May 3, 2009, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 12, 2009, at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel by Rev. Weston Cremeans and Rev. Leonard Cremeans. Burial will be in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. She was born on August 16, 1927, in Pike County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Willie Williamson and Matilda Varney Williamson. She was a member of the Peaceful Valley Baptist Church, Branchland, WV. She was preceded in death by her husband, Estel J. McCoy, Sr.; one sister, Thelma Wiggins; two brothers, Grover Cleveland Williamson and Emzie Williamson; one granddaughter, Kelly Rene McCoy; one great grandson, Nathaniel Lee Spears. She is survived by two daughters, Irene Crum of Branchland and Dorothy Jane Collins of Barboursville; one step daughter, Mary Ruth Dutton of Xenia, OH; three sons, Estel J. Mcoy Jr. of Indianapolis, IN, Delbert R. McCoy of Salt Rock, and Orville F. McCoy of Ona; one sister, Ana Fay Cannon of Mountain Home, NC; three brothers, George W. Williamson of Conatina, FL, Ballard Williamson of Bryson City, NC and Gene Autry Williamson of Flat Rock, NC; 18 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, May 11, 2009, at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. Online condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/wallace.
