Dearest Judy, Laura, Robin & Families,
I was so saddened to learn of Your Mom, Grandmother, Great-grandmother & my beloved Aunt Dorothy's passing - what a grand lady she was! I have nothing but the fondest memories of her & your father to share with my family. She had a glorious soul, kind heart and beautiful smile - always! Plus, she inspired me to become an artistic person, too! I'm so thankful I was able to see her when Aunt Mayme passed on. She will forever live on in my heart and soul! I'm so sorry I wasn't able to attend her services, but my family had an emergency at the same time. All my LOVE, Ronda

When Dorothy and Charles lived in Altizer, my family and I lived directly across the street from them. Dorothy would babysit me from time to time, and I always remember feeling a genuine love coming from her and Charles. What wonderful people they both were. My older sisters would have more vivid memories of Dorothy because I was very young, however, I remember very well playing in her basement while she would be doing someone's hair or watching the fish in their backyard pond. Dorothy always made me feel welcome and always had something yummy to eat. God bless you as you mourn Dorothy's passing. She was a very special lady!

For all the sweet memories of your mother, Judy... her beautiful paintings, her cheerfulness and special talents... her musical talent... I loved hearing the stories about her during your "growing up years"... She was so fortunate to have such a wonderful daughter -- and you, such a wonderful mother. I know she will live forever in your precious memories...

Judy and family: May God bless you and keep you during this sad time. Dorothy was so good to me when I was searching for answers about my biological roots. I am the daughter of Pat Hart Goeman, sister of David. I am so proud to be the great-niece of such a wonderful person as your mother. I pray the Lord gives you peace and helps you to hold all the beautiful memories of Dorothy. Sincerely, Terrie Blankenship
