Edna Mae Vititoe, 87, of Lesage, WV, passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2009 at home. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, June 19, 2009, at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Pastor Doug Spurlock and Evangelist Buddie Mills. Burial will be in Caldwell Cemetery, Lesage, WV. She was born May 13, 1922, in Cabell County, WV, a daughter of the late Granville Caldwell and Lena Wintz Caldwell. She attended and loved the Little White Church, Halls Chapel, and Mt. Union Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Blane Vititoe; one sister, Marie Cazad; four brothers, Russell, Ralph, Okie, and Oscar Caldwell. She is survived by four sons and daughters-in-law, Ronald and Jean McComas, Dennis and Judy Vititoe, Butch and Brenda Vititoe, Dudley and Rita Vititoe; one sister, Mary Eloise Toots Venoy; one brother, Alfred Curly Caldwell; special niece, Joyce and Shelley Lapelle; special cousin, Pearl and Mark Cabell; seven grandchildren, Matthew, Brett, Danny, Nicole, Adam, Sabrina, and Jared; five great grandchildren, Jacob, Tyler, Haylee, Caden, Larry Matthew. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. Special thanks to Hospice of Huntington and Cot for her care for mom.
