I will miss you so much down at ECCHO Bill, you made me laugh when I needed one. I sure hope Heaven enjoys your comedy acts, because I sure miss them. When you worked at ECCHO Bill, it was the happiness you gave out that really helped people more than anything. Always know that.

I am so very sorry to hear about Daddy Bill's passing. I can remember spending a lot of time at his and Evis's house. Those memories are some of the best that I had as a child. This earth has lost an angel. I regret that I am unable to attend. I am sending my love to the family. Please know that you will be and always have been in my heart. Thanks for making my childhood a little brighter.

Time goes by so quickly. At times you think people of your youth will be around forever but understand that is not the case. I have fond memories of the Bowens from Barboursville what a wonderful couple! I can just hear Bill's laugh at some joke. Oh man could he laugh. May the truth of the resurrection and the gift of memory give you all comfort in the days to come.
