Oweva Mae Clary, 88, of Glenwood, WV went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 26, 2009. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville by Rev. Jamie Jefferson and Pastor Donnie Spurlock. Burial will be in Union Ridge Cemetery. She was born September 6, 1921 in Cabell County, a daughter of the late James P. Mount and Ida Mae Paxton Mount. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Clary in 1987;one grandson, Walter Keith Scott and one great -grandson, Gary T. Galloway. She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Wonetta and David Riggle of Glenwood with whom she made her home, Mary Scott of Richwood, WV and Doris and Wesley Morrison of Lesage; four sons and daughters-in-law, Carl Clary of Glenwood, James Eddie and Melba Clary of Glenwood, Edgar Louie Jr and Leca Clary of Glenwood and Richard and Penny Clary of Lesage, WV; one sister, Genevieve Spurlock of Scotttown, OH; one brother, Raymond Mount of Glenwood; 17 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren and 16 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. The family would like to thank Hospice of Huntington for their care and kindness.
