James Michael Ballard Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1959 - 2009 Through God's amazing grace, James Michael Ballard, 52, of Kirkland, WA, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, November 12, 2009. Born on January 27, 1957, Mike is survived by his parents, Jim and Betty Ballard of Sun City Center, FL; one sister and brother-in-law, Stephanie and Hal Turley of Huntington; three pets, Buster, Precious and Peetie. He is survived by aunts and uncle, Gwen Stevens of Huntington, Libby Cyrus of Huntington, and Ethel and Akie Adkins of Sun City Center, FL; many cousins and a large and loving extended family. A "Celebration of Life" service will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2009 at 1:00 pm at Elmwood Missionary Baptist Church, 3045 Martha Road, Barboursville, WV, 25504. In keeping with family's wishes, flowers will be refused. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Elmwood Missionary Baptist Church, or Hospice of Huntington, 1101 6th Ave, Huntington, WV 25701. Online condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/wallace. Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville, is in charge of arrangements.

Jim, Betty, Stephanie... with grevious heart I write, yet know that you must be rejoicing that his suffering is over. He was the most amazing man!!! What an inspiration to us all..... we will see him again, and until then my love and prayers are to you. Most of the time we are never ready for our loved ones to leave us but God has his hand outstretched for them in HIS timing!!! Call if you need anything!
