I worked with Hester for years at Global, she was my crochet partner. We would exchange patterns each feeding the other addiction. I will miss her each day as she was a big part of our Global Contact family.

i worked with Hester at Global. Hester's wit was quick and her wisdom wide. I will miss her laugh. May God bless you during this season of loss.

Thinking of my friendship with Hester I would have to say that she "kept me on my toes" and challenged me. But, she was the best listener and was always thoughtful to me; when we were young and stupid, she would tell me; if you get in a spot, call me, day or night; I will come and get you. And she did! She always looked out for me! She reasoned things out with a sense of humor that was like none other and I appreciate so much the friendship we shared! She will always be a big part of my life and I will miss her terribly! This is a great loss!
Her lifelong friend, Barb.
