Elizabeth Ann "Bobbie" Hibner, 91, of Fredericksburg, VA, formerly of Barboursville, WV, passed away Thursday, April 8, 2010. Funeral service will be conducted at11:00am Monday, April 12, 2010 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Mark Boyd. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. She was born August 20, 1918 in Barboursville, a daughter of the late James Claudius and Effie Mae McComas Baumgardner. She was preceded in death by her husband Marvin Richard "Ham" Hibner. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Dale and Gayle Hibner of Fredericksburg, VA, and Jim and Brenda Hibner of Milton; grandchildren, Stephanie Hibner and Michael Vrhel, Staci and Trever Noakes, Jay and Stacey Hibner, and Jamie and Mark Boyd; great-grandchildren, Makenzie, Miller, Moria, and Mila Boyd; Emily and Ben Hibner; Ethan and Alden Vrhel; Cullen and Linden Noakes.
