1941 - 2010
 Larry E. Jenkins, 68, of Huntington, WV, passed away Monday, June 14, 2010 at St. Marys Medical Center. He was born October 27, 1941 in Milton, WV, a son of the late Willie and Rhoda Douglas Jenkins. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Patricia McKnight Jenkins; two daughters, Tammy (Rich) Nouza of Van Wert, Ohio and Tonya D. Jenkins of Pineville, WV; five grandchildren, Krystin Calvert, Corrine Nouza, Alysha Belt, Camryn Nouza and Dylan Belt. He is also survived by five brothers, Harrison (Opal) Jenkins of West Hamlin, WV, Robert (Linda) Jenkins of Milton, WV, Billy (Chris) Jenkins of Marquette, MI, David Jenkins of Milton, WV and Jimmie (Barbara) Jenkins of Hurricane, WV. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and was preceded in death by a nephew, Michael S. Jenkins. He worked at United Grocers in Lesage, WV as President for over 30 years, then for 10 years he worked as President and CFO of Tusco Grocers in Ohio. Later in life he became an Independent Insurance Agent for Allstate Insurance Company. He was a member of Pea Ridge United Methodist Church, was a 32nd degree mason, member of Minerva Lodge #13 A.F.& A.M. Barboursville, whose members will conduct Masonic Graveside Rites, a member of Beni Kedem Shrine Center, Order of the Eastern Star #95, Barboursville, lifetime member of Kiwanis International, a commissioned Kentucky Colonel and a member of Gideons International. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am Saturday, June 19, 2010 at Pea Ridge United Methodist Church by the Rev. Sue Jarrett and Rev. Keith Leap. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 6-9 pm Friday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville, and after 10:00 am Saturday at the church.
