 Donald Ray Jarvis, 73, of Barboursville, passed away Friday, July 23, 2010. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p m Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Pastor Paul Meadows. Burial will be in the Arthur Cemetery, Ona. He was born January 29, 1937 in Cabell County, a son of the late Elmer Jarvis Sr. and Ada Ryder Jarvis. He is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Sherri and Brad Ransbottom of Huntington; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Rodney and Lisa Jarvis of Milton and Travis Jarvis, of FL; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Peggy and Richard Chapman of Ona, and Susie Turpin of Barboursville; three grandchildren Jacob and Jessica Jarvis and Ella Ransbottom. I am very sorry to hear about the pasting of Don. I knew Don as good young man when we went to the Beulah Ann Church.. My prayers are with you and God will help you through this time of sorrow. Our Loss is Heavens Gain.
