Paul David was like a brother to me. I grew up with Paul David and Karen.. I live across the street from them as a child on Green Valley Road..We used to play spot light tag at night.. Leon, Phyllis, Karen I love you and you are in my prayers at this time of sorrow. May God give you strength at this time in you life that seems unreal.I wish there was a way to take away some of the pain that your feeling. Love you Guys

Uncle Leon and Aunt Phyllis,
Paul David was the best older cousin a kid could ask for. I remember all the fun we had at Lake Hope and playing wiffle ball with Paul David and the other cousins behind Mamaw's. He'll be deeply missed.

Paul David Harless, 52, of Chesapeake, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 17, 2010. He was born on November 25, 1957, in Huntington, W.Va., the son of Leon and Phyllis Adkins Harless. In addition to his parents, Paul is survived by his sister, Karen Erwin; a daughter and son-in-law, Sarah and Andrew Coyle; a son, Andrew Paul Harless; and two grandchildren, Gavin and Lukas Coyle. He also leaves his beloved companion, Holly Zban, and a host of family and friends that loved and will deeply miss him. Paul was a former employee of Steel of W.Va., where he worked for thirty years. He loved life, and his children were his pride and joy. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, August 20, 2010, at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville, W.Va. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 21, 2010, at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Pastor Jeff Sizemore.
