James Sherman Tomblin, 55, of Lavalette, WV, passed away December 25, 2011 at home. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Richards Tomblin; two grandsons, Ryan Vannatter at home and John Morrison of N.C.; mother and father, Paul and Erie Adams Frasher of Ona, WV, and family. He was preceded in death by two daughters, Teresa Finley and Becky Jake Vannatter; and father, Clifford Johnson Tomblin. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 28, 2011, at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will follow in Docks Creek/Maple Hill Cemetery.
