Ruth P. Miller, 87, of Barboursville, passed away Tuesday, February 19, 2013 in Lexington, KY. Memorial services will be conducted Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Ridgelawn Memorial Park Abbey of Devotion Mausoleum, by Rev. Jim Musgrave. She was born July 24, 1925 in Ethel, WV, a daughter of the late Daniel and Lola Craddock Pauley. She was a retired Cabell County Schools Elementary Teacher. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Clyde Miller, two siblings, Kathleen Bunch and Teddy Pauley, and daughter-in-law, Delona Miller. She is survived by her children, Danny Miller of Englewood, Colorado, Dennis (Theresa) Miller of Barboursville, and Joann (Rockne) Bender of Lexington, KY; grandchildren, Roy Miller, Duane Miller, Matthew Shayne (Jeni) Miller, Jason (Katherine) Miller, Alex (Michelle) Bender, Adam Bender-Saunders (Nikki) and Samantha (Luis) Carlin; great-grandchildren, Amber Bender, Gabriel Bender, Whit Miller, Spenser Miller, Hart Miller, Maggie Miller, Lindsey Miller, and Kate Miller; sisters, Helen Bickers, Dorothy Gramley, Barbara (Luther) Cope, and Prudy (John) Oney; and one brother, Danny E. Pauley. There will be no visitation. Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville, is in charge of arrangements.
