 Sandra Kay Bailey, 65, of Huntington, WV, passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 30, 2018 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville by Rev. Ray Vance. Burial will be in Bowen Cemetery. She was born February 6, 1953 in Huntington, WV. She worked for Crossroads Child Care. She was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Preston Bailey Jr.; mother, Cora White; sister, Arzelia Burton; and brothers, Ronnie, Thomas and Arley White. She is survived by one daughter, Shelia King; one son, Robert Bailey (Sherry); four grandchildren, Zachary Bailey, Keela King, Wesley King, and Brandon Emerick; one great-grandchild, Aubree Bailey; and sister-in-law, Lillie White. Thank you to St. Mary’s Oncology and the staff of Dr. Matias Valsecchi. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. I'm so sorry to hear this sad news. Sandy was an awesome woman and a great friend to many. She will be missed. Sorry we never got to have that lunch we talked about. Love and Prayers for all the family..... and for Judy. I'm sure her heart is breaking also.
