John Michael Parks Sr., 53, of Chesapeake, Ohio, died Friday, March 29, 2019 at his home. He was born June 8, 1965 in Altoona, Pennsylvania, a son of Ronald Parks and the late Peggy Anne Mallory Parks. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Ron Parks. He is survived by his wife, Pamela Sawyers Parks; two daughters, Angela Grant (Lee) and Marissa Floyd (Mark); two sons, John “Michael” Parks (Courtney) and and Richard Lee Parks; two sisters, Robin and spouse Bobby and Sandy; sister-in-law, Lucy Parks; eight grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. A family gathering will be held at his daughter’s house (Angie), 270 Township Rd 1302, Chesapeake, OH 45619 on Saturday April, 6, 2019 at 6:00 pm. Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville is in charge of arrangements.
