Mark Edward Ash, 61, of Branchland, W.Va., passed away on Wednesday, May 26, 2021. He was born June 9, 1959 in Kanawha County, a son of the late, Harrison and Rebecca Lovejoy Ash. He is also preceded in death by the mother of his children, Juanita Ash; brothers, Dennis, Steve and Dallas; nephews, Chad Mays and Auston Mays and cousin, Eugene Meadows. He is survived by two daughters, Laura Nicely (Brad) and Rachel Crompton (Johnny); three sons, Harrison Ash IV (Samantha), Timothy Ash (Kaberil) and Jesse Ash (Kristen); three sisters, Cindy Mays, Yvonne Ash and Joy Ash; 17 grandchildren, Brad Jr., Nathan, Shawn, Alexis, Breanna, Cheyanne, Caitlynn, Cayleigh, Colton, Carissa, Kaden, Johnny, Raelynn, Kristiana, Christopher, Keiara, Jesse Jr. and Aleah; two great grandchildren, Elijah and Raya and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville with Pastor Chris Fulks officiating. Burial will follow in Baylous Cemetery, Salt Rock. Friends may visit one hour prior to the service on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers donations to help with funeral expenses would be appreciated.
