Billy Ray Fetty Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1959 - 2021 Billy Ray Fetty, 62, of Barboursville, WV, passed away October 4, 2021. He was born July 15, 1959 in Huntington, WV, a son of the late Glen and Louise Porter Fetty. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Kristi Dawn Fetty; and a daughter, Samantha Chadwell. He is survived by three daughters, Jill Lehner of Branchland, Kelly Walters of Milton and Abby Fetty of Barboursville; three sons, Michael Chadwell, Chris Fetty of Ashland, Ky. and Mark Fetty of Milton; and several grandchildren.
