I first met Les by phone when he worked for Eastham and Associates. I work at the Corps and he had called for some property elevation information. We had talked several times then one Sunday morning Gerald and Patty introduced me to their guest at church, Les Tinkham. I told him that I knew him. He just looked at me for a moment because he knew we had never met. When I told him who I was, he told me how I had helped him so many times. I also found out that Les was visiting my mom, a shut-in, with Gerald and Patty. She looked forward to their visits so much. He was such a good man and I’m sorry for your loss.

My sincere condolences are with the family. I had the pleasure of working with Les for a couple of years at Eastham and Associates. Les was a brilliant engineer and an even better person. His kindness was unmatched.
