I have fond memories of Bonnie when she worked at the Board offices. She was always kind and had a smile when you entered her office. I occasionally ran into her at Marshall games after she retired and it was always a treat to see her. My sincere condolences to all her loved ones.

As a lifelong friend of Bonnie’s sister Paula, I know all the family. Bonnie was always such a genuinely nice person—good and generous. This is a sad time, but it has also brought back many happy, fun memories for me and I’m sure for all of Bonnie’s family as well. Love and prayers to all. Alice Layne Daniel

I knew Bonnie as a professional years ago and was with her later through the YMCA where her daughter, Debbie, and I became close friends. Bonnie raised Debbie who displays qualities instilled by her mother in so many obvious ways. I feel grateful to have known Bonnie through friendship with the daughter she raised.

I'm sorry to see the passing of Bonnie, I had the opportunity of working closely with her during her time with Cabell County Schools. She brought perfection as she facilitated my efforts to supply support services to Cabell's special education program.

Thoughts and prayers go out to the family in their time of sorrow. Bonnie was a wonderful woman who we enjoyed seeing when we had the opportunity.
