Dillon Cole Horn, 17, of South Point, OH, passed away September 14, 2023. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday September 23, 2023 at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Pastor Jody Fortner. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. He was born May 29, 2006 in Huntington, a son of Sandra Norris Fischer and the late Larry Fischer and Leslie Whitt and the late Kevin Horn. Also surviving are sister, Angela Adkins and her daughter, Caylee who was like a sister; brothers, Quentin Crawford, Caleb Smith, and Braxton Horn; and several nieces and nephews and three best friends, Eli, Willie and Logan. Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Saturday at Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. Pallbearers will be Logan, Eli, Willie, Chance, Brayden, Rocky, Kyler and Johnny.
