Michael A. Clay, 70, of Barboursville, born November 20, 1952, passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2023 at home. Mike was retired from Marshall University. He was preceded in death by parents Arthur and Mary Clay, brother Eric and Betty Jane Clay, and brother-in-law, Larry Dillon. He is survived by his sister Connie Dillon of Lesage and other family members, Nick and Grayson Adkins (Erin S. Watts, Ian , Zoe), Nate and Sarah Adkins of Huntington, nephew Brent and Debbie Clay of Sheffield Village, Ohio, and several beloved cousins. Memorial services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, October 20, 2023, at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Entombment will follow in Ridgelawn Memorial Park.
