1959 - 2024
 Fred Selby “Rocky” Jeffrey III, 64, of Barboursville, WV, went home to be with the Lord on May 17, 2024. He was born June 14, 1959, in Fayetteville, North Carolina, son of the late Fred S. Jeffrey Jr. and Phyllis Jean Johnson Jeffrey. He was an electrician with the IBEW Local 317. He is survived by his wife of 43 years Kay Jeffrey; one daughter Jami (Kurt) Buchanan of Huntington; two grandchildren Emma and Evan Buchanan. He loved the Lord, loved his family and was wild about his grandkids. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Pastor Scott Duncan. Burial will be in Baylous Cemetery, Salt Rock. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/wallace. |

Dear Kay & Jamie,
Our hearts ache for you at your loss.

I am very sorry for your loss. Years ago, I met Rocky when he worked for my dad. We worked together on different occasions and he was a truly great guy and wonderful human being. He will be sorely missed
