Lereen Adkins Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1935 - 2024 Lereen “Bug” Adkins, 89, of Huntington, passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2024. Graveside services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, October 6, 2024 at Watson Cemetery, Branchland with Michael Lane Swiney officiating. She was born May 15, 1935 in Branchland, a daughter of the late Golden and Cassie McClellan Albright. She was preceded in death by her husband, Delmer Adkins and one daughter, Trudy Protzman. She is survived by one daughter Pennie and George Smith of Huntington; one son, Kim M. and Janette Adkins of Huntington; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. I worked with Lereen at Cabell Huntington Hospital. She was truly a wonderful person. I have thought about her so often through the years. She was such a lovely person. I hate to hear of her passing. Sending prayers to her family. Norma Clark
