Matthew Ray Bostic, 41, went to be with the Lord on December 25, 2024. Matthew, son of Linda Masters and the late Rod Bostic, was preceded in death by his younger brother, Morgan Masters. He is survived by his mother and stepfather Linda and Tim Masters, his sons Xavier and Alexander, his older brother Rodney Bostic, stepbrother John Masters, nieces Brionna and Kayliegh Bostic, nephew Landon Masters, and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
Matthew attended Mountwest and Marshall where he studied Culinary Arts and worked as a chef following graduation. He was known for bear hugs, a big heart and a contagious smile. If Matt loved you, he made sure you knew it.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, January 4, 2025 at Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville, from 2:00-4:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Wallace Funeral Home in honor of Matthew.
