Bernard Lee Knapp II, 53, of Proctorville, OH passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. He was born July 22, 1971 in Huntington, W.Va., a son of Bernard Lee Knapp and the late, Brenda Godbey Knapp. In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by his father-in-law, James Adkins. In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife, Rhonda Adkins Knapp; two daughters, Jessica Brewer (Steven) and Amanda Thompson (Walter); two sisters, Sandy Jenkins (Greg) and Crystal Baker (Johnny); two grandchildren, Jace Brewer and Aubrey Thompson; mother-in-law, Hilda Adkins; nieces and nephews, Marah Jenkins (Susan), Emilee Jenkins, Joshua Jenkins and Shawn King Jr. and two great nieces, Skylar Carver and Grace Carver. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, January 18, 2025 at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville with Pastor Harold Hamlin officiating. Burial will follow in Greenbottom Memorial Park, Lesage. Friends may visit from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, January 17, 2025 at Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
