1946 - 2025
 Edward Lee Hibner, loving husband, father and PawPaw, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 18, 2025. He was born January 17, 1946 in Huntington, W.Va., a son of the late Clarence and Helen Gilpin Hibner. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Diana Hibner; one son, Travis Hibner and by one brother, Larry Hibner. He was retired from Special Metals as a Metallurgist with numerous publications and awards in the alloy industry. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and was also a member of the Minerva Lodge No.13, A.F. & A.M., Barboursville. He is survived by two sons, Timothy Hibner (Tricia) and Brandon Hibner (Jerica); one daughter, Megan Fuellhart (Sean); one brother, Roger Hibner; four grandchildren, Walker Fuellhart, Isley Hibner, Jovie Hibner and Jakin Hibner; special friend, Benita Simpson; and a loyal K-9, Anna. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday, January 24, 2025 at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville with Pastor Paul Boekell officiating. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. Friends may visit from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, January 23, 2025 at Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
