Robert Gary Ross, 72, of Barboursville, W.Va., went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. He was born August 15, 1952 in Huntington, W.Va., a son of the late Basil and Freeda Ross. He is also preceded in death by his brother, Roger Ross; sister-in-law, Kathie Ross and by one nephew, Roger Lee Ross. He served in the United States Army and was a retired bookkeeper from Barboursville Block Manufacturing. He is survived by his loving wife, Deborah Ross; one sister, Joann Ferrell (Arthur); four brothers, James Ross (Donna), Don Ross (Jennifer), David Ross (Tracie) and Glenn Ross (Tammy); sister-in-law, Sharon Dillon (Gary); brother-in-law, Michael Burcham (Renee); and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 4 p.m. Saturday, February 1, 2025 at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville with Pastor Matt Hicks officiating.
